Frequently Asked Questions

ORDERS

  • Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on progress. Most orders take 3-5 days to deliver once they have left us.

  • On the rare occasion that your print arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged item and packaging to info@oozepapers.com

  • We can currently only offer standard delivery.

  • If your order status is delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing info@oozepapers.com and we will look into it.

ARTWORK

  • We offer all prints in either 10x8, 12x16, 16x20 or A4, A3, A2.

    Please contact us to arrange larger scale prints.

  • All C-type photography prints are produced on premium-quality, 231gsm archival-grade fine art paper, matt finish.

    All prints include a white border under artists’ discretion.

  • Our prints are not signed by the artist, however they do include a authentification sticker on the reverse of the print.

  • Unfortunately we currently do not offer a framing service. If you need any advice on framing please get in touch and we can share advice.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Each piece is custom printed, we are unable to accept returns.

  • All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom printed.

  • All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the purchase date/time. We custom print each piece so cannot make changes once the printing process has begun.
